The building, built in 1901, served as a Meeting House for a Mennonite congregation until 1975. At that point it became a Retreat Centre of the Mennonite Church of Eastern Canada. In 1992 a group (now known as the Blenheim Ecumenical House Church) assumed responsibility and initiated a Bible Study Program [see Announcing a new Bible Study Program for all Christians].
